At NavrangSparsh, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our clothing is handcrafted with love and care, and we take pride in the quality of our work. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for items on sale or purchased during promotional offers, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

Minor color or design variations (each piece is unique).
Sizing issues unless the size sent does not match the order.
Products that have been worn or washed.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once approved, we will share the return instructions.
Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the return is rejected (e.g., item is used or damaged by customer), we will notify you and return the item at your expense.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
